“Road to the Rockies” Goes Inside Team USA’s Workout
In partnership with The Lacrosse Network, US Lacrosse has released the latest episode of “Road to the Rockies: Making Team USA”, presented by Marriott. Chronicling the team’s journey to Denver to defend gold at the Federation of International Lacrosse World Championship, presented by Trusted Choice, July 10-19 in Denver (tickets), the exclusive web series provides a behind-the-scenes look at the sights and sounds of what it’s like to play for Team USA.
In this episode, Team USA strength and conditioning coach Jay Dyer walks through a typical workout with the U.S. Men’s National Team, set to the backdrop of the team’s June training camp at the Brunswick School in Greenwich, Conn.

The series continues next week with an extended look at training camp and the MLL All-Star Game, in which Team USA defeated Team MLL 10-9 on Rob Pannell’s game-winning goal before naming its final 23-man World Championship roster on Monday.
