Tewaaraton Finalist Wolf to Debut with Rochester
Jordan Wolf, the two-time NCAA Division I men's champion and 2014 Tewaaraton Award finalist, will make his Major League Lacrosse debut this weekend. The former Duke attackman will join the Rochesters Rattlers when they play the Machine in Selby Stadium in Ohio on Saturday, and will play one more game on the road before he makes his home debut in Rochester.
Wolf joins co-Tewaaraton Award winner Miles Thompson on the Rattlers' attack, along with Kevin Leveille, among the 31 players still in the running to make the final Team USA roster for next month's Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL) World Championship.
Wolf also joins a large group of former Duke players on the Rochester roster.
"I am so humbled to be drafted by the Rattlers and really excited to make my debut this weekend. Anything I can do to help this team continue to win I will do," Wolf said. "I look forward to joining former Duke players Dave Lawson, Mike Manley and Justin Turri, as well as the rest of the team. Winning two national championships was an unbelievable experience, but I am ready to take the next step and reach for a MLL championship."
