BURLINGTON, Vt. – Caitie Izzo, Natalie Jones, Danielle O'Dwyer and Adison Rounds have been named captains of the UVM women's lacrosse team for the 2012 season. Vermont head coach Jen Johnson made the announcement today.
"These four players have been excellent leaders for our team. They all demonstrate the daily leadership qualities we need to be successful. They are strong players on the field and command a great deal of respect from both their teammates and the coaching staff. The coaching staff is excited to have these four players at the helm and look forward to an exciting season ahead," said Johnson.
