U-15 Boys: Next Level Earns No. 1 Seed

BEL AIR, Md. -- Next Level, consisting primarily of players from Maryland's D.C. suburbs, is the top seed in the US Lacrosse U-15 Boys National Championship, presented by Modell's Sporting Goods. Seeds were determined following pool play Wednesday at Cedar Lane Sports Park.

Next Level allowed just three goals in its three victories. Next Level defeated Creeks Lacrosse (Fla.) 14-1 in its opener, then blanked Fighting 4 Lacrosse (N.Y.) 11-0 and finished the day handing Team Washington its first loss of the tournament, beating the West Coast squad 12-2.

Another D.C.-area team, Blackwolf Select, is the No. 2 seed. Two New York teams, Long Island Express and Primetime Lacrosse, came in as the Nos. 3 and 4 seeds, respectively.
