from press release
DENVER – The Colorado Mammoth announced Thursday that it has signed forward Jamie Floris to a one-year contract. Transition player Nenad Gajic has been released.
Floris, who appeared in four games for the Mammoth in 2010 and recorded two goals and four assists, won 11 of the 24 face-offs he took. In his rookie season with the Edmonton Rush in 2009, Floris scored 11 goals and added 10 assists in 13 games played.
"We are looking for Jamie to come in and make an impact offensively," said Mammoth Head Coach Bob Hamley.
The 26-year-old right-hander will join the team in Boston as the Mammoth takes on the Blazers at the TD Garden on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. MST.
