Polls: Final Fours in Philadelphia, Revised Men's Rules

In case you missed it, the 2013 Division I women's final four will be held at Villanova May 24-26, meaning for the first time since 2010 the D-I women's and men's final fours will be held in the same city. Villanova, Pa., is a suburb of Philadelphia, where men's championship weekend for Divisions I, II and III will be held at Lincoln Financial Field, home of the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles, also over Memorial Day weekend.

Also late last week, the NCAA men's rules committee released its revised proposed rules changes for the 2013 season. After a flood of feedback on the original proposals announced Aug. 3, the committee reconvened and decided that the motorcycle grip is allowed to stay part of the game, but the committee also enhanced the emphasis on penalizing faceoff violations.

These two pieces of news raise some questions.
