Glennon Named Assistant at Berry

ROME, Ga. – Travis Glennon has been named assistant coach for the Berry College men's lacrosse program.
Glennon arrives after three years (2011-13) at Cushing Academy in Ashburnham, Mass., where he was the head varsity lacrosse coach. Glennon mentored eight All-NNELL student-athletes and was picked to coach in the NE All-Star Game.
Glennon has served as boys' lacrosse youth tournament director for Harvard University. Additionally, he assisted at summer lacrosse camps at Bowdoin College, the University of Michigan and the University of Notre Dame.
A 2009 graduate of Butler University in Indianapolis, Ind., Glennon earned a Bachelor's of Arts in media arts with a minor in history. He played three seasons for Butler's MCLA men's lacrosse team.
Glennon is completing his professional certification as both a strength and conditioning specialist, and a tactical strength and conditioning facilitator.
He prepped at Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, N.H., where he also served as served as an assistant lacrosse coach and was a teaching intern.
Berry is currently conducting a search for its men's lacrosse head coaching position.
