Name: Hayley Anderson
Hometown: Centreville, Va.
Position: Midfield
Year: Junior
High school: Centreville High School
Club/tournament teams: Future Elite
Being recruited by: Academically selective Division I programs

LacrosseRecruits.com says: "Hayley Anderson has great breakaway speed in the open field, allowing her to get separation from defenders. She can switch seamlessly between hands, frustrating the defense by not allowing them to force her to a weak hand, which she uses to score many goals out of her dodge. Hayley has a great vertical and height, which makes her a huge threat on draws."

Hayley says: "Getting my highlight reel out there has been the most important part of the process for me. I tore my ACL at a tournament last June and missed out on the summer and fall tournament circuit. Without the films to send out to coaches, I would have missed out completely. I have also learned that GPA and SAT scores are important to beginning the recruiting process."

What events will you be competing in during the upcoming months?
"I am still undecided since I have just now been cleared to start playing. I have been training hard so I can come back stronger than ever."
