HAMILTON, Ontario, Canada -- Attackman Brendan Mundorf scored four goals, including three in the first half, and added four assists as the Denver Outlaws jumped out to a commanding lead en route to a 15-7 Major League Lacrosse victory over the Hamilton Nationals at Robert Joyce Stadium on Saturday evening.

With a 4-1 record, the Outlaws remain in a tie for first place in the MLL standings with Boston, which edged Rochester by a 16-14 margin on Saturday night. Meanwhile, the Nationals dropped to 1-3 on the season.

After attackman Cody Jamieson gave the Nationals a 1-0 lead just over a minute into the game, the Outlaws took a commanding 9-1 lead by scoring nine straight goals over a 19-minute span.
